There are more than 200 lean concepts, tools & techniques available and many new tools are added each year. It would be a challenge & confusing many times for managers / supervisors / Lean practitioners / company executives on how to start lean journey, what tools & techniques are appropriate for various situations in a fast-moving world of operations & services. Given the increasing pressure on efficiency improvement & financial results with not much time to research, many will take short cut in implementing inappropriate tools that may end of either less than optimum result or as in many cases, may conflict with the goals & objective set. The one-day "Lean Tools & Techniques for Productivity & Efficiency Improvement" is specifically designed as a hands on & interactive workshop that provides hands on training on carefully chosen, most often used lean tools & techniques for daily operations and service environment. The participants will go thru simulation based experiential training for maximum learning experience and will learn "what tool to use, when to use, how to use" with various proven examples & case study.
Objective
- Participants will learn tools & techniques in a simulated, interactive hands on environment so that learning effectiveness is maximized
